Rehabilitation Consultation Services

We provide home and apartment building rehabilitation consultation services.  This is independent of our general contracting and property management divisions.  We completely evaluate all aspects of a project for a estimate of costs for that project based on our 25 years experience in residential rehabilitation.  The minimum fee is $500 with an additional $10 per hour after the first 20 hours of consultation.

This is the best fee you will ever pay because you will know what a project will cost before you start.
